'New posts in forums' notice not working

The box on the left-hand side of the forums main page indicates there is new posts in every one of the main topic areas yet there is not when I enter them.

Is that feature suppose to work ?

Its working on my end. Anyone else having this problem? Or try the new post link on the top banner. It will show all the new post since you last logged in.
